We collect the following personal data when you use our service:

  • Email address — used for account creation and authentication
  • Idea descriptions — the business ideas you submit for analysis
  • Generated reports — the validation reports produced from your ideas
  • GDPR consent timestamp and purposes — records of your data processing consent

Processing Purposes

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Account management — creating and maintaining your user account
  • Report generation — analyzing your business ideas and producing validation reports
  • Anonymized benchmarking — aggregated, non-identifiable statistics to improve our service

Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, all your personal data and reports are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Right to Access

You can view all your reports and data through your dashboard at any time.

Right to Data Portability

You can export all your personal data in JSON format from the Settings page. This includes your profile information and all reports.

Right to Erasure

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data from the Settings page. Deletion is performed immediately.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ProofMyIdea:

  • Supabase (EU region, Frankfurt) — database hosting and user authentication
  • Vercel — application hosting and serverless functions
  • Stripe — payment processing for credit pack purchases
  • AI language models (Claude/OpenAI) — idea analysis only; no personal information is sent, only the idea text you submit

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the service to function: authentication session cookies (Supabase) and theme preference (light/dark mode). Non-essential cookies, if introduced in the future, will require your explicit consent before being set.
